Comptek Test Software

COMPTEK test software is currently used in a number of various product test applications.  The test software is specifically designed for either manual or automated product test applications.  All COMPTEK test systems are full Microsoft Windows applications.  COMPTEK test applications are typically presented as a software suite that contains tools for controlling, monitoring and maintaining advanced test equipment. This suite of applications includes:

• Editors for easy system maintenance

• Online and offline reporting utilities for test data results

• Plotting of real-time or post processed data

ComETS ENGINE TEST SOFTWARE   - The Comptek Engine Test System is currently used in a number of various engine test applications.  The system is user configurable and has been used for Production Hot and Cold Engine Test, Quality Audit Engine Test, and Engineering / Endurance Engine Test applications. ComETS is brand independent with respect to data acquisition, measurement and control hardware and currently supports a number of major manufacturer’s product lines. Manual or automatic operation. A simple command language makes it easy for the user to set up test procedures.  Capability for testing to test specification limits and performing pass/fail analysis of data collected.  Test data can be transmitted to a plant host computer for archiving.

ComGTS GENERATOR SET TEST SOFTWARE  - This version of the Comptek Electronic Test Software  is specifically designed for Generator Set Testing applications.  The system interfaces to various power analyzers, load banks and Generator Set Control Modules (GCM).   Manual or automatic operation.  A simple command language makes it easy for the user to set up test procedures.  Capability for testing to test specification limits and performing pass/fail analysis of data collected.  Test data can be transmitted to a plant host computer for archiving.

ComHTS HARNESS AND SENSOR TEST SOFTWARE  - A version of the Comptek Test Software has been specifically developed for testing harnesses and sensors.  The system can be set up in a fully automated mode to test for common harness conditions such as continuity, shorting between wires and  sensor presence and proper connection.
